How Edgenuity connects

Just open Edgenuity in your browser - SchoolOps picks it up automatically. The SchoolOps browser extension does the reading, so there is no password to hand over and nothing to configure.

If the connection stops working

Three things account for almost every Edgenuity connection problem.

  • Not picking up - make sure SchoolOps is installed in Chrome
  • Logged out - sign into Edgenuity in any tab, then check back here
  • Wrong account - log out of Edgenuity and sign in with your school login

How do I connect Edgenuity?

Install the SchoolOps browser extension and open Edgenuity as you normally would. It is picked up automatically, with no password to hand over.

Does SchoolOps work with my school's Edgenuity?

Edgenuity is one of the eight platforms SchoolOps supports. Schools run their own instances, so connect yours and SchoolOps reads whatever your account can see. If it does not connect, the network check page tells you whether your school network is blocking it.

Is any of this free with Edgenuity?

Grade tracking, the calendar, assignment browsing, writing style analysis and ARIA chat are free with an account. Drafting, Snap Solve, practice tests, study guides and flashcard decks need an access key.

Will my school see that I connected Edgenuity?

SchoolOps runs in your browser under your own account and does not announce itself to your school. Your schoolwork is never used to train models.
