First-time buyers pay half on their first Month Key. It applies once, to that key only, and every other tier is full price for everyone.

Refunds
Ask for a refund from Settings, then Billing. The window and the usage limit are shown above; they come from the same policy the billing code enforces, not from a promise written on a marketing page.

Questions
Does a key renew or charge me again?
No. A key is a one-time purchase for a fixed window. There is no automatic renewal, no card kept on file, and nothing to cancel. When the window ends your account drops back to the free tier.
What happens when my key expires?
You keep your account, your drafts and your connected classes. Grade tracking, the calendar, assignment browsing, writing style analysis and ARIA chat keep working. Drafting and the study tools wait until you buy another key.
Why is there a daily draft limit?
A key is time-based, so a day without a cap would let one student pull a term of work in an afternoon and leave. The daily count and the pace timer are set per key and are listed with each one above.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Make an account, connect your school platform, and the free tier shows you your real assignments, grades and calendar. ARIA will answer questions about them. You only need a key when you want drafting or the study tools.
