Getting started
Make an account, connect the platform your school uses, and your assignments, grades and calendar appear. That much costs nothing. Buy an access key when you want drafting or the study tools.
Access keys
A key unlocks every feature for a fixed stretch of time and then stops on its own. There is no subscription, no renewal and no card kept on file. Keys are bought from Settings, then Billing.
If something goes wrong
If a paid action fails and leaves you waiting on its timer, ask ARIA in chat. She can check what failed on your account and clear the timer when the failure is verifiable, which is free and needs no key. For anything else, email support.
Your school and your privacy
SchoolOps runs in your browser under your own account. Your schoolwork is never used to train models, and you can export or delete everything from Settings.
Questions
How do access keys work?
Go to Settings, then Billing, and pick a key. An active key unlocks every feature: drafts, Snap Solve, practice tests, study guides and the rest. There is no subscription.
What happens when my key expires?
You drop back to the free tier. Your work and settings stay exactly where they are. Buy a new key whenever you need full access again.
What is free without a key?
Grade tracking, the calendar, assignment browsing, writing style analysis and ARIA chat are always free. Drafting, Snap Solve, practice tests, study guides, flashcard decks and transcription need a key.
How do refunds work?
A purchase can be refunded within the published window if you have used fewer than the published number of premium actions. Request one at Settings, then Billing, then Refund request. ARIA can explain the policy but never moves money.
Which school platforms connect?
The eight platforms SchoolOps supports are listed on the home page, and each has its own page explaining how it connects and what shows up once it does.
Does SchoolOps submit work for me without asking?
No. You review every draft and decide whether to submit it. That review is a condition of using SchoolOps.
